General Conditions

- All above prices are stated in EUR, and are net to Limousine Service Hungary.

- Prices are valid for groups, from 2 paxes, if not stated otherwise.

- Prices valid for business travellers, conferences, congresses and incentives.

- Prices are quoted by the rate of exchange of 01 March 2008 and are subject to change when the exchange rate of EUR/HUF will change by +, - 3%.

- Refunds against insufficient services rendered by net to Limousine Service Hungary must be claimed immediately by the client in person at net to Limousine Service Hungary office in Budapest or through the foreign travel agency that has arranged the
services with net to Limousine Service Hungary. The claim is to be in writing and within one month from the day on which the event occurred. Assessment and settlement of claims will be carried out according to Hungarian Law.

Limousine Service Hungary disclaims responsibility for all damages arising from "force major" that prevents it from meeting its commitments.

- For Formula 1 and other events or holidays of greater importance, special reservation, payment and cancellation rules apply. Formula 1 Grand Prix in 2008: 31 Jul - 03 Aug 2008 (4 nts, Thu - Sun).

- 1 week before the service - 20 %
- 5 days - 50 %
- Less than 5 days - 100%
